In Germany, the shortage of IT specialists is reaching dangerous proportions. Two years ago, we moved to Africa (Nigeria) and, together with our partner there in Port Harcourt, we have build a workplace that is scalable to an almost unlimited size.
We have access to by far the largest Africa TechHub for IT resources with almost 1 million new IT workers annually in the 200 million country Nigeria. We connect German standards with the new resources in Africa.
The time zone is identical to Western Europe, which makes coordination much easier.
The employees are all native speakers of English and work in an office equipped according to all western standards.
